At THE HOLIDAY SHOP, we carefully craft and package each artisanal piece to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition, ready to bring elegance and celebration to your home.
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be utterly delighted with your purchase from THE HOLIDAY SHOP. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward and gracious returns process for most items.
Return Policy Guidelines
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized and seasonal nature of some of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked “Final Sale” at time of purchase
- Gift Cards
- Specially commissioned or personalized items (e.g., custom Front Door Decor or monogrammed Table Top Decor)
- Items from THE HOLIDAY SHOP collection purchased after December 15th may have restricted return eligibility
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions on where to send your package. Please do not ship returns back without an RMA number.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused item in its original packaging. Include your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship your return using a trackable method, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our returns center.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s processing time.
- PayPal: Refunds are typically processed back to your PayPal balance within 3-5 business days.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. The process for an exchange is the same as for a return. Once we receive and process your return, we will ship the requested new item to you. Any price difference will be charged or refunded to your original payment method.
